Final Results of the learners and Reports of their achievements

2/1/2014

Wish you all a very happy new year and thank you for a very beautiful Christmas Card. In the meantime we have taken the final exams of all learners of the Revd. JPH School. The result sheets are ready. We will distribute the report cards to the learners.

From 2nd week of January the new classes will be started. We will distribute new primers and other education materials to the learners.

Our findings: In 2013 some learners got "Grade-B" in their exams.

Our decisions: We will arrange one extra class for those learners after their normal class duration for more practices so that they will be strong in every subject. By following this method the normal learners will be able gradually to achieve their best results in their next exams.

The Program Achievements:
a)    This segment of Slum Children received education of pre & primary level who were out of school children.
b)    The learners’ performances improved because of their increased knowledge level and understanding of their primers.
 c)     The gender balance policy achieved.
d)    Competencies of the learners achieved in Bengali, English and Arithmetics at their pre and primary stages of education.
e)    The learners also learned about some discipline and manners at their classes.
f)      Overall confidence of the young learners which they already achieved throughout 2013 will be very helpful for their next classes in 2014 to continue their education.
g)    This education project has inspired all parents of the learners for their thoughts and actions and helped them to develop their mental, health, environmental, familial, social and human values for their children and themselves by attending regularly “The mother and Child Care” programs in 2013 through the direct interactions and discussions with Nijera Shikhi’s staffs and authority.

And these are all about the Education Program of Nijera Shikhi till now.

With best wishes

Sincerely yours,

Suraiya Siddiquy
